Arrival and Departure Dates
Just to clarify this, since some of you were asking. The arrivals day is 24th of August, which also includes the welcome party at night and dinner meal (for those coming on time for it). The departures day is 30th of August, but you’ll be leaving from Alentejo (near Lisbon) to Lisbon that same day in the morning, so try not book your departure tickets to times like 6h a.m. in Lisbon since in that case someone (organizer :P) will have to take you during the night to Lisbon. The farewell party will be 29th of August in Alentejo’s house. If you need to come or depart in other dates for cheaper trips let us know so we can tell you if we can manage some hosting for you.

The accepted participant list is done, but first of all, THANK YOU all for your interest in our event, all the applications motivated us more than we already were. Subscription deadline ended!
So the subscription deadline already passed, and we counted 89 subscriptions of 29 different LCs, actually 32 girls and 57 boys. The participant list is almost ready and will be announced soon, stay tuned
We can advance that it was really hard to make the selection process… we’d like to accept all of you but hey… this is not a Congress k.? XD

Important Information
For your information, until the deadline (26-March) your LC might only provide the number and the gender of the participants, that means you can tell us… “From LC <name> are interested 2 of our members, one girl and one boy.”
Later (like July +/-) we’ll ask for the names and the other details.
